First day there was huge bug in room and shower didnot work so I showered at friends and they charged me 10p for a bottle of water with all these problems
Not a good choice we moved after one night.
The term suite did not really apply. Like being on a boat shower was over toilet in second bathroom.
Superb location and very good staff
Bathroom door didn't close well. No coffee or tea with the kitchenette. Walls quite thin.
Everythin. THe bed, the bathroom, the coffe break, the employes, the location. I certain gone to stay there again.
The price, but, as everything I saw in Buenos Aires, is expensive at these days. But, the hotel worth the money!
The Ulises Recoleta Suites is ideally located in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The hotel staff were really nice, helpful and accommodating. Many of the staff spoke English. Breakfast was a delicious and plentiful Continental breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable.
The elevators are really small - one accommodates 3 people, the other only 2.
The staff was really helpful with everything we needed and very understanding of problems that we had.
It would have been nice to know the times that housekeeping was planning on coming.
Hotel is pretty clean and breakfast service is excelent. I am a frequent guest (stayed three or four times) and service is reliable and good.On the same travel I stayed in another hotel due to business (the other hotel was smelly and dated). When I moved to Ulises for the weekend room was airy and clean. I inform that I did not receive any advantage from hotel to provide my feedback and this represents a genuine evaluation.
This is a gem in the heart of Recoleta, next door to the glorious Alvear Palace. Beautiful modern rooms. Everything works. You could not do better in ba, a city In which I have spent 6 weeks.
Absolutely nothing. It's perfect, and so reasonable.
Location is one of the best in Buenos Aires.
Rooms are not as nice as expected. Air conditioning plug is hanging out from the appliance, wardrobes are old and no attention to details was given when the hotel was updated.
The toilet, please, it was so small couldn't move in it. and even isn't easy to sit on the wc.
very helpful staff! excellent location
room over two floors does not have enough storage space... stairway is very thight to move suitcase up... plumbing is very argentinian (i.e. working poorly...)
Excelent breakfast. Friendly staff.Good Location. Reasonable room for a couple. Overall good.
For three people a bit thight. The third bed unconfortable, too soflt.
I loved the Jacuzzi tub. The friendly bi-lingual front desk staff and the location.
I kept wishing for room service...and the spiral staircase townhouse suite was cute but hauling luggage up a spiral staircase is NOT easy. Lesson learned.
